Challerhocker

Challerhocker is a semi hard cheese coming to us from Switzerland. One of our favorite snacking cheeses at the shop. You can expect to enjoy the crunch of many small crystals, with a palette of flavors including an almond nuttiness, caramelized onions, and a subtle butterscotch undertone. This cheese is amazing aromatic which lends its self well to your eating enjoyment.

Challerhocker is made from raw Cow’s milk by Kaserei Tufertschwil and is aged from 10 months.
